We are proud to announce the completion of our latest award winning project! Located in the posh neighbourhood of Mont’ Kiara, Allevia is a residential condominium that is designed around the ideal hotel-living experience, with an emphasis on comfort and privacy. With only four units on each floor and vast living spaces that are sized from 1,703 to 2,634 sq. ft., our brief was to create an abode in Allevia which will accommodate the ideal affluent urban lifestyle, imbued with quality craftsmanship and the finest of finishes.

We delivered an exclusive, relaxed and lavish, almost therapeutic living experience—one that celebrates family interaction as well as a separation of public and private spaces within the home.

MACROKIOSK’s new corporate office extension at The Troika allowed us to boldly depict the digital technology company’s knack for the unconventional. We transformed the existing asymmetrical space into meeting rooms, recreation area, IT hub, workspaces, theatre and a bar for the digital age, aptly called the “Space Bar”, with timeless, industrial-chic minimalism as the overall design intent, dovetailing into MACROKIOSK’s renown in digital innovation, scalability and security.

Our design team recently revamped the Impiria Residensi sales gallery. It was an exciting brief and our designers embraced the opportunity to realign the look and feel of the space to WCT’s sales and marketing goals.

For the revamp, the team envisioned a sales gallery that merges three key zones in a seamless living space. We do our best to add value to designs by making the most of a client’s budget to create unique and creative spaces through high-impact visual storytelling. This is borne out of a deep understanding of how to create interior spaces that enhance the client’s brand.

The Smart Innovative Operations (SIO) centre was designed to showcase Air Liquide's technical capabilities and service offerings. As the company's centre of excellence, the SIO was designed to reflect Air Liquide's propensity for innovation, security, and collaboration. The focus on both form and function as well as an emphasis on ergonomics underpins the open-concept workspace here, where intelligent remote operations are conducted efficiently.
