Cooking frozen to finished beef rendang in our 3 qrt saucepan. Just put in around 1kg of frozen beef brisket, half the pack of beef rendang paste, 1 cut onion, some pandan leaves tied in a knot and 1/2 glass of water.
Put on medium heat and wait for the valve to click consistently. Then turn the heat down to low heat setting. Cook for an hour or more if you want it softer.
No stirring needed😊
