In the past, we used to buy mooncake in mooncake boxes. These boxes will be cast away or used to store small items.

Then, hotels or restaurants started with mooncake packages which are in jewelry box design, ship design and lantern design. These beautiful packages may be left collecting dusts or storing small items.
