Today completed my Nyonya cuisine recipes cooking demo with my cooking friend Jackie using Thermomix & Cooven. My chicken curry capitan with Sambal brinjal , Steam coconut spice glutinous rice & Pandan Lemon grass drinks. Nyonya Cuisine is unique with using lots fresh ingredients such as red onion , chillie, few types of ginger, spices to make it aroma & delicious. I am happy to share my recipes with friends that enjoy cooking & I am glad students like our Nyonya food today. Wonderful trip to Kokol Hill with Church Connect group today ,Durian type 123 is super good here RM20 per kg. Nice local cafe here ( N.G. Santai Santai Cafe) with beautiful view and cooling weather. You shall visit Kokol Hill for relaxing trip!
