A full transformation from a typical 3-storey corner terrace into a modern luxury residence, achieved through architectural extension and complete interior planning.

Our approach to modern luxury is not about over-design —
it’s about space, proportion, and material balance.

✔ Clean lines with soft curves for a more refined feel
✔ Marble, wood, and warm lighting layered for depth
✔ Double-volume living to create openness and presence
✔ Feature spiral staircase (GF → 1st floor) as a statement
✔ Practical layout with separate staircase (1st → 2nd floor)

The goal is simple:
to elevate everyday living into a comfortable, high-end lifestyle.

Margaret.T Seremban2 is a special restaurant in Seremban that mixes classy and industrial design. As you enter, you're greeted by a rustic tunnel-like walkway. Inside, there are options for both shared and private dining, with sliding partitions and private rooms. You can catch a glimpse of the kitchen through glass windows. Even the restroom sinks are unique, made from repurposed oil storage tanks. Despite the limited space, there's a curated wine cellar. Margaret T Plus offers more than just good food – it promises a memorable and stylish dining experience.
