3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
- Only when we confirm receipt of full payment and all order details, then we will send you final confirmation (“finalized”) from our sales team a

4. Payment
- We accept bank transfer only
- Email/PM bank in slip with order number to verify and confirm order
- Kindly note receipt of full payment AND complete, accurate order details must be received before we start processing the order. During peak season orders may take more than 24 hours to prepare and process
- For other orders and projects: Please refer to quotation details for specific payment terms. In general, a deposit of 50% of the quotation sum is required upon confirmation and full payment must be settled 3 weeks before the project start / delivery date. All deposits paid are non-refundable
5. Prices & Seasonality
- All prices are in MYR, and are subject to revision should any final specification deviate from the sample
6. Cancellation
- No cancellation of order is accepted. All products, services or deposit paid, are non-refundable
7. Changing Order
- If you wish to change your wanted date or product details, a notification of 3 working day (Mon-Fri) is required
- For projects including weddings, landscape and venue decorations, if not stated in signed documents, minimum one-month notice is required. Some tailored items may not be changed as it is already pre-ordered for you or in process of production. Please follow signed contract terms if it state otherwise.
8. Product photos
- Colors and shapes may vary from that shown in the catalog or website
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate
9. Delivery Charges
- We are using Poslaju. The postage prices will vary based on the “from” and “to” location (zones) as well as the actual weight and size (volumetric weight) of the parcel
