Rumah Kasih Rakyat

Selain dari rumah eksklusif, kami juga membina rumah untuk mereka yang mempunyai bajet yang rendah. Rumah merupakan keperluan asas bagi setiap golongan rakyat. Setiap orang berhak memiliki rumah yg selesa dan sebagai tempat berlindung dari hujan dan panas.

Sebuah rumah mampu milik berjaya di siapkan dalam tempoh 2 bulan lebih. Rumah mempunyai 2 bilik tidur dan 1 bilik air, keluasan lantai 550 kaki persegi. Kerja kerja wiring dan kekemasan termasuk dalam pakej.

It's been a few months the project is delayed by authorities due to the MCO. Hope our new government will do their best so our works will resume well as per planned.

Laman Tengah series continues.

Got this opportunity to design and build another Laman tengah series. The site is neighbouring to a prominent impressionism artist gallery, studio and home, Razak Abdullah of his Khaya Rendang, Rahman Putra, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

The courtyard trademark this time will feature a sunken living whereby guests and visitors will spend the most of their time at. The mezzanine floor for family area at top of sunken area just pop up to give shade on bottom space. There is a narrow and long swimming pool proposed to add green features around the house.

For the house facade, the frontal concept is derived from the Malay Tanjak which is a significant symbol of the owner.

Finally, this sought-after renovation and extension project officially has been completed. Despite of challenges we faced during this MCO, we managed to complete all the works within our stipulated time.
