Tasek Gelugor Bungalow — Warm Minimalist Living

A warm, refined interior concept designed for a bungalow in Tasek Gelugor, combining soft neutral tones, layered lighting and carefully considered built-in elements to create a calm and contemporary home.

The living area features a clean TV feature wall with a soft curved detail, concealed lighting and a balanced neutral palette. The open layout keeps the space spacious and bright, while the arched windows and sheer curtains bring in natural light and soften the overall atmosphere.

For the master bedroom, the design focuses on a restful and understated character. A full-height wardrobe, integrated bedside tables and a curved feature wall frame the bed, while warm indirect lighting adds depth and creates a more comfortable night-time ambience.

The dressing area continues the same design language with illuminated display shelving, a custom vanity and feature mirror — providing dedicated space for daily use while keeping the overall composition neat and cohesive.

From the initial space planning to the interior details, lighting and built-in elements, every component is developed as part of one consistent design direction.

Tasek Gelugor Bungalow — 温暖简约住宅设计

这是一个位于 Tasek Gelugor, Penang 的独立式住宅设计项目，以温暖的中性色调、层次灯光与简洁的线条作为整体设计方向，营造沉稳、舒适而现代的居住氛围。

客厅以简洁的电视背景墙作为视觉焦点，搭配柔和的弧形线条、隐藏灯光及中性色调，让空间保持开阔感，同时结合原有的拱形窗户与透光窗帘，让自然光成为空间的一部分。

主人房则以宁静、低调的氛围为主。床头采用弧形造型结合间接灯光，并配合整面衣柜、悬浮式床头柜及简洁材质，让卧室拥有完整而统一的视觉语言。

梳妆区延续整体设计，以灯光展示柜、订制梳妆台及特色镜面组成一个独立的功能区域，在满足日常使用需求的同时，也让收纳、展示与灯光形成完整的空间组合。

从空间规划、材质搭配、灯光设计，到订制柜体与细节处理，每一个区域都围绕同一套设计概念发展，让整间住宅拥有连贯而统一的空间体验。

From Demolition to Completion — A Functional Space Transformation

For this project at Langkasuka Hotel, Langkawi, our scope focused on the renovation and upgrading of the existing hotel hall and corridor areas.

The existing plaster ceiling had deteriorated over time and required a complete overhaul. We removed the old ceiling system and rebuilt the ceiling with a new layout, incorporating lighting and air-conditioning requirements into the overall ceiling coordination.

At the same time, a new corridor and partition layout was introduced to improve circulation and better define the relationship between the hotel hall and surrounding spaces.

The objective was not simply to refresh the appearance, but to reorganise the space, improve functionality and bring the existing hotel facilities back to a more practical and presentable condition.

浮罗交怡 Langkasuka Hotel｜宴会厅 & 走廊翻新工程
从拆除旧天花，到重新规划空间

这次位于浮罗交怡 Langkasuka Hotel的项目，主要负责酒店宴会厅及走廊区域的室内改造与装修工程。

原有的 plaster ceiling 已经出现老化及损坏，因此我们先进行旧天花拆除，再重新规划及制作新的 plaster ceiling，同时整合灯具、冷气出风口及天花整体布局。

除了宴会厅天花翻新，我们也重新规划及制作新的走廊隔断，让原本比较杂乱的空间动线更加清晰，同时重新定义宴会厅与周边空间之间的关系。

工程范围

• 拆除原有 Plaster Ceiling
• 新 Plaster Ceiling 制作
• 天花、灯具布局协调
• 冷气出风口协调
• 墙面及天花修补
• 新走廊隔断
• 走廊装修及收口

对于酒店装修来说，更重要的是如何在现有建筑结构、机电系统、空间功能以及日常营运条件之间取得平衡。

**Closed Room to a Functional Kitchen｜从封闭房间到实用厨房**

A transformation that focuses on space planning, functionality and everyday living.

For this Sungai Petani residential renovation, the original rear room was opened up and converted into a new kitchen. Part of the existing wall was demolished to create a more open connection between the kitchen and the main living area.

The new opening was designed with an integrated **breakfast table and countertop**, finished with two curved corners to soften the transition and create a more natural flow between spaces.

A **sliding glass door** was introduced to separate the kitchen when needed, while still allowing natural light and visual connection between the spaces.

The kitchen was completed with a practical L-shaped layout, built-in cabinetry, countertop workspace and storage, with a clean black, white and grey palette carried throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.

For the bathrooms, grey marble-look tiles are paired with black sanitary fittings and a feature chevron wall to create a clean and contemporary look while keeping the space practical and easy to maintain.

A renovation is not simply about making a space look better — it is about **replanning the space to work better for the people who live in it.**

这次 Sungai Petani 住宅装修，重点不是单纯“换一个厨房”，而是重新规划原有空间，让空间真正适合日常生活。

原本的后方房间经过拆墙及重新规划，改造成全新的厨房空间。原有墙体拆除一部分后，将厨房与主要生活空间连接起来，让整体空间更加开放。

拆墙的位置进一步设计成 **Breakfast Table + Countertop 工作平台**，并以两个弧形收角处理，让原本硬朗的墙体过渡更加柔和，同时增加日常用餐、备餐及工作的平台。

厨房入口则采用 **Sliding Glass Door 推拉玻璃门**，需要时可以将厨房独立起来，同时保留采光及空间之间的视觉联系。

厨房采用实用的 **L型布局**，结合上下柜、工作台面及收纳空间，并以黑、白、灰作为整体配色，简洁、耐看，也方便日常使用。

厕所则以灰色大理石纹砖搭配黑色卫浴配件，再加入 Chevron 特色墙面，让整体保持现代感，同时兼顾实用性及维护需求。

**好的装修，不只是把空间做得漂亮，而是重新规划空间，让它真正好用。**

**From Design Concept to Completed Renovation｜从设计概念到实际落地**

A well-designed home is not only about how it looks — it is about how every space works together.

For this **i Santorini Condo, Penang** project, we focused on creating a clean, bright and practical kitchen while improving the connection between the dining and living areas.

The kitchen features a **custom-built cabinetry system, tall storage cabinets, open shelving and a clean marble-look countertop**, creating a balance between functionality and a timeless contemporary aesthetic.

To visually separate the spaces without making the home feel smaller, we introduced a **black-framed glass partition**. The transparent glass maintains natural light and visual continuity while giving the dining area and living area a clearer sense of definition.

Warm pendant lighting and simple black hardware were added to complement the overall design, creating a comfortable and cohesive atmosphere throughout the space.

From **space planning, design development, material selection to renovation and installation**, every detail was coordinated with the existing condominium layout to achieve a practical and refined result.

厨房采用**定制厨房柜、高身储物柜、开放式层板以及大理石纹台面**，在增加收纳与操作空间的同时，保持整体简洁、明亮和耐看的视觉效果。

客餐厅之间则加入了**黑框玻璃隔断**，在划分空间功能的同时，不阻挡自然光线，也不会让原本的空间产生压迫感。

搭配暖色吊灯、黑色五金与简洁线条，让厨房、餐厅及客厅之间拥有更加统一的设计语言。

从**空间规划、设计、材料选择，到装修施工与现场安装**，我们根据原有 Condo 格局进行整合，让设计不只是停留在 3D Render，而是真正落地成为可以长期使用的生活空间。

Daripada bangunan industri biasa kepada wajah korporat yang lebih moden dan profesional.

Projek ini melibatkan transformasi keseluruhan bahagian hadapan sebuah bangunan kilang, dengan fokus kepada facade design, structural works, aluminium composite panel (ACP), metal works, entrance & gate, lighting serta kemasan luaran.

Daripada kerja struktur dan pemasangan rangka keluli, sehinggalah kepada pemasangan panel facade dan pencahayaan — setiap elemen dirancang untuk menghasilkan penampilan yang lebih kemas, moden dan mempunyai identiti korporat.

Bukan sekadar cantik — facade sebuah kilang juga adalah sebahagian daripada imej syarikat.
