All leather items are individually handcrafted and sewn by hand using traditional hand tools and methods.

Home of the only, fully saddle-stitched luxury handbags in Africa 🪡 👜 | Artisan handsewn Leather Lifestyle Goods | International Award Winning Interior Design Studio 🏆 | Namibia 🇳🇦 Leon Engelbrecht Design is a small, Proudly Namibian Design Studio that creates artisan handcrafted and hand sewn leather goods, creates unique Namibian inspired patterns that’s printed on textiles, and provides professional Interior Design Services for private and corporate clients. It is a privilege to employ and train Namibian individuals who I want to empower, upskill, and assist in creating the best versions of themselves they can possibly be. Our focus is to create items and products that lasts, that is not mass produced. We are proudly part of the ‘maker's movement’ world wide that reintroduces you to the maker - so you know where, how and by whose hands your products get made.

This year has been about alignment.

Working with clients who understand the value of something made slowly, crafted and sewn by hand. 🪡
Clients who appreciate artisan-made leather goods and gifts for what they are: considered, personal and made to last. Premium is not a term we use, or take lightly.

Less compromise. More alignment. Artisan-made leather products for people and clients who truly value it.

Thanks so much for your support.
