My attempt at granola cups.
1 1/2 banana
Half cup of oats.
Quarter cup of granola. (Not needed) I wanted the size of the oats in my cup.
Chia seeds (you can use flax seeds).
Cinnamon.
Flavor. Optional.
Coconut flakes. Optional.
Honey
Melted chocolate.
Mix and form a cup (use a muffin tin, you’ll get perfect cup shapes)
Bake for 30 minutes or less in an oven or air fryer at 190 degrees.
Allow to cool, then layer in your yoghurt, you can use any toppings or fruits of choice. I had banana and chocolate chips and that’s what I used. 🤭.
It’s a fun way to eat yoghurt and granola. 😉.

Something light for breakfast.

I asked my sourdough bread vendor to slice the bread. I ended up with these humongous slices.
Made this little pan toast avocado spread steamed vegetables and boiled egg for brunch😀.
The name is as lengthy as the size of the bread.
Sourdough is a healthier bread choice for our gut health. Fermented foods are good for the gut. Less bloating. Easy to digest. Healthy gut bacteria.
In Nigeria, we have pap, garri, ugba. Others nice meals for our gut are Greek yogurt, beans, sweet potatoes, garlic, oats, leafy veggies.
Have a beautiful day.
