This was us using our Luxury SPC Herringbone to floor our office and staff rooms.
Before we put any of our products out for sale, we test them ourselves first. We patronize ourselves before asking anyone else to patronize us. That has always been our policy.
We did the same with our Premium Carpet Tiles.
So, you can imagine my frustration when people who have never followed our journey, never patronized us, and clearly have no intention of doing so, come to our page with nasty comments and unsolicited advice about why we are not using our SPC to floor our warehouse.
Let’s put things into perspective.
Our warehouse is a space that would require almost an entire 20GP container of SPC just to floor.
Our first shipment arrived in May 2026 — four containers in total. We only started this line a few months ago, and we have not even recovered 20% of the capital invested in bringing the products in.
So, why would we tie down a significant amount of our still-recovering business capital flooring a warehouse when that same product is what we are trying to sell?
Even our foreign manufacturer does not use the said flooring throughout their warehouses and factory. A warehouse is a workspace for storing and moving products; it does not automatically need to be fitted out with every product a flooring company sells.
And for the record, SPC is not the only product we sell.
We have our products installed and actively used in different areas of our office because we believe in what we sell. We test our products, live with them, observe their performance and learn from the experience before recommending them to our customers.
We have always believed in patronizing ourselves first.
So, by all means, ask genuine questions. Give constructive feedback when it is actually needed. But if you have never bought from us, never supported our journey, and have no intention of patronizing us, please keep the unsolicited advice and nasty comments to yourself.
We know our business.
We know our investments.
We know our products.
And we know the decisions we make for our company.
