Only Allah Knows What Tomorrow Holds 🕊️

Today in neurosurgery, we received a middle-aged man who had suddenly slumped and fallen. He hit his head on the ground, stood up by himself, and just moments later… he lost his ability to speak, then slipped into complete unconsciousness.

No prior illness. No medications. He was perfectly fine just minutes before.

We booked him for emergency surgery and drained a significant amount of blood from his brain. SubhanAllah… it was a reminder that truly, no soul knows what it will earn tomorrow (Qur’an 31:34).

Sometimes, you’re only minutes away from a life-changing event — and you don’t even know it.

You could be at your lowest, and Allah will open a door you never imagined. Or you could be at your highest, and a test may suddenly arrive. That’s life — unpredictable, fragile, and entirely in the Hands of the One who knows all.

Walk humbly. Stay grateful. And trust Allah deeply — in ease, in hardship, in every moment. 🤍
