Short story… in my very early baking days, I made a cake for a work colleague and it didn’t turn out well and I actually almost quit baking because of it.

So just way this cake looks bare at the top with the designs concentrated on the side, this trend of decorating cakes had just kicked off that period.

With what she did to me, OH I CRIED, WAILED PRACTICALLY! I intend to continue the rest of this story in my next post, which may actually be a video of me gisting you all about it!

I’m starting a series called ‘THE GOOD AND BAD’ baking has done to me. It’s not been all rosey but it’s a beautiful journey I’m still on!
