This master suite was designed to feel like an escape from everyday life soft textures, warm timber, marble detailing and a window seat that invites you to slow down for a while.

Behind the calm aesthetic is a practical framework, integrated storage, durable materials and a neutral palette that allows the room to be refreshed season after season with nothing more than new bedding, cushions or artwork.

Purpose-built for short-let living.

We transformed this Richmond kitchen with a full-height marble-effect backsplash, a custom pantry for smarter storage, and bar seating that adds both function and guest appeal. Every detail was considered to create a clean, timeless space designed for the Airbnb experience.

For the master bedroom at Project Pearl, the goal was simplicity, comfort, and ease.

The space was designed to feel calm without becoming visually empty balancing soft neutrals with subtle moments of warmth through the artwork and the mustard accent chair.

From the daybed to the vanity area and the clean-lined closet system, every element was intentionally integrated to make the room feel functional, breathable, and easy to settle into.

Because with shortlet spaces, the experience matters just as much as the aesthetics.

It should feel like somewhere you can arrive, rest, and instantly feel at ease.
