Not every transformation is about luxury.
Sometimes it’s about function, hygiene, and durability.

Last year we redesigned the staff kitchen for a clinic replacing worn cabinetry with a cleaner, more durable system designed for everyday use.

Warm wood tones, seamless marble surfaces (sealed for extra protection), and concealed lighting create a space that feels calm, organized, and easy to maintain.

Because even the back-of-house spaces deserve thoughtful design.

✨ Before & After — Fitting Room ✨
When I first saw this space, it was literally just a room full of bags, boxes, and random things we didn’t know where to put. Definitely not inspiring.

I knew it could be more. With a few thoughtful changes — soft lighting, a big mirror, textures, and a simple layout — it’s now a fitting room that actually feels inviting.

It’s such a reminder for me: design doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just about clearing out the noise and creating a space that works.

✨ This reception was one of my favorite transformations at Josh & Nicol.
Walking in before, it was just a plain corner — no story, no welcome. Today, it feels like the heart of the boutique.

We brought in limewash walls for depth, designed a sculptural console to anchor the space, and added soft lighting to create warmth. But more than the finishes, it’s about the experience: the moment you step inside, you feel the brand.

That’s what we do at HRT Lifestyle — we don’t just design spaces, we shape how they’re lived in, how they’re remembered. Every detail has a purpose, every layer adds value.
