Managing painting task in living apartments
A successful painter does much more than painting only the wall.How would you as a painter manage painting in a living apartments where you have huge furniture,Homeware,huge electronics,people living inside etc. These area of painting can be overwhelming task to accomplish for a novice or a professional painter.
1).Have a pre-discussion on the arrangement of items with the Clients,If the client does not allow you touching the items then an alternative mean must be provided.
2). Consider the environment and the Occupant in the living space you intend carrying out the task - please do inform them and Educate the NECESSARY as regards the safety precautions handling paint.Some individual are prone or allergic to odur/smell, dust etc
3).Follow the manufacturer instructions and guide from the manu MSDs
4).Rearrange furnitures close to the wall ,e.g Chairs,table,cabinets as long as it not fixed,create a space distance from the wall to enable you paint the wall
5). Cover-up properly furnitures or homeware,huge or small electronic that can likely generate stains
Importance
Arranging furniture or homeware,huge or small electronics coverCellotaping edges or carrying can be a huge challenge or discouraging task.Remember no client will empty their apartment because of painting, except it a new apartment.So you must be able and prepare to manage your painting task
6). Don't push items alone or carry alone
7).Do some visual measurements
and most importantly
8). Availability of light is good for your task
