Precycling is the practice of avoiding the acquisition of unnecessary items that will eventually have to be recycled or dealt with as waste.

2. Increase the populations and distribution of rare and threatened species.

3. Enhance landscape connectivity and increase the availability of environmental goods and services,

4. And most importantly, contribute to the improvement of human well-being.
