At Dejoton Novelty Catering School (DJNCS), our MANDATE is not just to teach you how to cook but we also place emphasis on training students on how to build a successful career (entrepreneurship skills) out of what they have been taught. Our teaching aids emphasize intensive hands-on practical training on food and beverage services (F & B), right usage of kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, and culinary table settings. We teach how to plan and manage events, creating a unique and healthy atmosphere for any event. We also teach how to maintain good standard hygiene in food preparation, as they say, cleanliness is next to Godliness. Thus, our students have learnt the culture of good hygiene to avoid food poisoning. We have recorded numerous testimonies from DJNCS graduates in the industry. This has helped to shape and improve many students’ understanding of the essentials needed in the industry. Our students are a force to reckon with in the industry as DJNCS has also helped many students who could not cook learn the art of cooking.
