You bring the skis, everything else is already there • A second home in the Alps has a short season, and the run-up to it is shorter still.

For this apartment we took care of the complete interior, so the owners could arrive and settle in straight away.

It is an interior made for wet coats and cold hands, and for the light that disappears behind the mountain at four in the afternoon. Warm materials, soft lighting and comfortable places to sit together after a day outside.

Behind the scenes in Haarlem • A complete interior doesn’t come together overnight. For this project in Haarlem, we went from preparation and furniture selection to transport, assembly and the finishing touches on site.

And sometimes, the space calls for a slightly different choice. During the installation, for example, we found that a different coffee table worked better in the space. It’s those final adjustments that make all the difference.

The many windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the apartment, creating a bright and airy feel. That is why we chose Soft Dawn, one of our existing interior styles. With its calm tones, natural materials and open feel, this style complements the apartment beautifully.
