What was once a single-tenant office building — formerly home to Booking.com — has been reimagined as a vibrant, future-proof multi-tenant workplace in the heart of Amsterdam.
At the core of the transformation is the atrium. By opening up the first floor, the space is once again connected to the façade and the street, allowing daylight to flow deep into the building and creating a stronger relationship with the city outside. The atrium now acts as the social heart of the building: a generous co-working and meeting space with a warm hospitality feel.
One level below, a lively coffee bar creates a natural place for tenants and visitors to meet throughout the day. Together with the entrance lobby, restaurant and shared spaces, the building now offers an open and welcoming environment for a new generation of companies.
