Gdańsk, this beautiful and colorful city truly surprised me in a positive way ✨It is a city with a profound history, yet nowadays it has such a peaceful and calm atmosphere. There is plenty to see and taste, from traditional restaurants to trendy restaurants. Something for everyone.

If you are looking for a great city trip destination, Gdańsk is definitely worth visiting. And don’t forget to visit the seaside town of Sopot (fish!) as well.

These fries in paper cones are almost part of the street scene on the Damrak.
you can choose from as many as 28 sauces. Although I usually go for mayonnaise, this time I went for garlic sauce. And wow, delicious!

Lunch might be my favorite meal of the day. I don’t just cook for myself, but also for my colleagues and I love it.

For me, a warm, nourishing lunch is a must: rich in protein, vegetables, and nutrients. It gives me steady energy, keeps me focused, and I don’t feel the need to snack in between. Just 3 strong, nourishing meals a day that truly support my body 🤍

Mon: Quinoa with broccoli in green curry
Tue: Chili sin carne with sweet potato
Wed: Pappardelle with rose harissa & pistachio yogurt
Thu: Gado gado
Fri: Quinoa with chickpeas & purple sweet potato
Sat: And on Saturdays? It’s always pancake day at home (made with egg, banana, and avocado).

Food isn’t a side note, it’s your foundation. ✨
