Connected by Art biedt kunstenaars een podium. Wij initiëren en organiseren evenementen die inspelen op de behoeften van kunstenaars en het publiek. Onze focus ligt op makers met een diepe passie voor materiaal—technisch ware meesters in keramiek, glas, hout, textiel, zilver en metaal, die wearable art en useable art creëren.

Onze evenementen hebben geen vaste formule, maar variëren in vorm en inhoud. Hierdoor blijven ze steeds verrassend en uitnodigend voor bezoekers en bieden ze kunstenaars de juiste context om hun werk te presenteren. We creëren nieuwe kansen en speelruimte in een veranderend kunstlandschap, juist nu traditionele galeries en beurzen verdwijnen.

“In search of hidden gems” During our quest for the perfect location for our next art fair, we discover unique spots. We meet developers offering their temporarily vacant buildings, but not every location fits the special atmosphere we’re after. It’s all about finding that one distinctive vibe that makes our fair so unique.✨

“Op zoek naar verborgen parels” Tijdens onze zoektocht naar de perfecte locatie voor onze volgende kunstbeurs ontdekken we unieke plekken. We ontmoeten projectontwikkelaars die hun tijdelijk leegstaande panden aanbieden, maar niet elke locatie past bij de bijzondere sfeer die we zoeken. Het draait om die ene speciale vibe die onze beurs zo uniek maakt.✨

One of the participants of the Crafts art fair: Cecil Kemperink she is an artist with a rich background in art, dance, textiles, and fashion. Her diverse experiences influence her sculptures, which explore the connection between space and the body through rhythm, shape, and movement. A significant motif in her work is the circle, symbolizing unity and infinity, which she integrates into her dynamic, interactive sculptures. Inspired by natural forces like wind and tides, Kemperink instinctively molds clay to capture time and energy. Her work, balancing form and fluidity, strength and vulnerability, is exhibited across Europe, Asia, and the Netherlands. Kemperink lives and creates on the island of Texel.
