Our apologies! This fantastic new Plancha will not be available in the UK this year, but we would like to show it to you anyway.

The new Plancha Meastro ###L 100 (769) has arrived in our warehouses in the Netherlands.! A over 80 KG Plancha with a baking tray of 100cm diameter ( 3.28 Feet) and a baking surface of 6779 cm2. This is almost 10 pans of 30cm, on which you can bake at the same time

On Saturday 21 June we will bake on this mega Plancha during our Plancha workshop (Free), so welcome if you want to experience it. (10 am to 12:00 pm. Alcolaan 8A Drunen NL) There is a good chance that workshops will also take place in the UK in 2026

This Meastro also has an 8mm thick and conical baking tray. (Baking tray slopes inwards, so any moisture and grease will run into the tray and not onto your patio)

How do I clean my Plancha BBQ?

One of the great advantages of a Plancha is that you have very little maintenance.

It is practical that you use 2 plancha spatulas (see video) when using it. With 2 pieces you can easily turn and grab your food.

It is also very handy to clean your Plancha with 2 plancha spatulas. See video.

After baking, food remains remain on the baking tray. You simply scrape these off and put them in the middle hole. It will then burn immediately.

Was that it? Yes, the only thing left is that you have to grease the baking tray (when it has cooled down properly) with oil to protect the plate from moisture. (Top of the baking tray and side edge of the baking tray)

Now it is ready for the next use!.

Explanation BBQ Plancha Big jack 3.0 from £679 from www.bbq-plancha.com

The BBQ Plancha Big Jack 3.0 has an 80 cm conical baking tray (this slopes inwards, so that any moisture and fat runs into the tray). This is 8 mm thick and large enough for up to 40 people.

It has an ideal baking height of 105 cm and is fitted with XXL wheels as standard, which makes it easy to move, 2 of which have brakes.

It is fitted with a spacious wood storage and a removable high wok ring as standard. This wok ring has a food bumper at the bottom (which prevents your meat or fish from easily sliding into the tray) and you can also place a wok on the wok ring. It is also possible to place the optional BBQ grid in the wok ring, see information below.

It is available in 2 colours, Corten steel or Blackline (black powder coating) and is currently still available from stock.

What are the possible options for this model?

1) The BBQ Grill. You can place this on the wok ring and by baking here there is more smoke flavour. Also nice to put a pan on. This costs £59.50

2) The Mesa (Wooden rim). This makes it approx. 120cm in diameter and gives you plenty of space to place your drink, plates, sauces and herbs. Also extra safe for children. The combination of the Plancha with the mesa costs £779.

3) The Stainless Steel Lid. This is useful to prevent dirt from getting on your baking tray. Birds also p**p... and also prevents water from running into your tray. Price £119.50

4) The Pincho cage. This super fun device fits in the centre hole and with it you can place a BBQ grill on 2 levels. You can place skewers on it and hang meat or fruit. Price £79.50

You can choose from a plancha in full corten steel or blackline or a combination of these.

This is the BBQ Plancha Camarada with a 70cm baking tray (no problem for even 20-30 people) that is made conical (runs inwards, so any grease and moisture runs into the tray and not onto your terrace). The baking tray is 8 mm thick with a side edge of 16 mm.

You can choose from 4 colour combinations and everything is available directly from stock.

The BBQ Plancha Camarada has a spacious wood storage, a removable wok ring and wheels (2 with brakes) so it is also easy to move. The working height is 103 cm. There is also a beautiful BBQ grill available as an option.
