As designers we have the tools to visualize a space for clients, and help them understand their own personal style. This was one such project where moodboards helped us narrow down on the style and quality of space.

This living room is part of an old Dutch house. This room is 18 sqm big. The room opens into the front yard on one end and the dining room on the other end. There is a fireplace on one side of the longer wall.

The client wanted to maximize the seating capacity of the room, while not compromising on the comfort and retaining the charm of the old house.

We arrived at several layout options with various types of furniture. There is a possibility to change the entry door type to improve the quality of layout.

KR RESIDENCE | The passageway is a space in itself. A family gallery wall and storage have been provided. It collects the living space to the kitchen.
A dining nook has been created within the kitchen and is zoned with the use of wall moldings. A Pooja shelf has also been incorporated in the space

KR RESIDENCE | A custom designed TV wall is the highlight of the space. With a combination of marble,oak wood panels and a grand electric fireplace, this wall exudes luxury in all its forms.

KR RESIDENCE | The clients wanted a classic, luxurious feel to their new home.
The already existing recliner sofa was incorporated along with new pieces to elevate the living area. Wall moldings were added to bring out the character and tie up the space.
