GoeieMorgen, Alhoewel het lijkt alsof er weinig te melden is, gaan de gewone, zoals altijd, werkzaamheden nog onvermoeid door en zo òòk dat ik nog steeds graag na werktijd langs de kassen loop om te genieten van de stilte,..vorig jaar ontdekte ik dat er Bijen orchideen groeide waar ik heel blij van werd en wordt want ze staan er gewoon wèèr te stralen en blij verrast was ik toen ik deze "gewone Riet orchidee" bijnà omver liep en eerst nog dacht dat het een paarse Dovennetel was,..die er uiteraard niet eens op lijkt 🧐😳 Dus bij deze wil ik jullie graag mee laten genieten,..Ik heb er maar 1 ontdekt.

Good Morning, Although it seems like there is little to report, the usual work continues tirelessly, as always, and so much so that I still enjoy walking past the greenhouses after work to enjoy the silence... last year I discovered Bee Orchids growing there, which made me very happy and still does, because they are simply standing there shining brightly again, and I was pleasantly surprised when I almost knocked over this "common Reed Orchid" and at first thought it was a purple Deadnettle... which of course doesn't even look like it 🧐😳 So I would like to share the enjoyment with you... I only discovered one.

WÀT zijn wij aan het doen? Tja iets wat hèèl vèèl werk is, hèèl leuk is om te vertellen maar dat komt later,..omdat het niet alleen ons nieuws is en waar we heel wat stappen voor zetten. letterlijk èn figuurlijk,..wordt vervolgd :D

WHÀT are we doing? Well, something that is a whole lot of work, very fun to tell but that comes later... because it isn't just our news and we are taking quite a few steps for it. Literally and figuratively... to be continued :D

GoeieMorgen, Jullie vragen zich wellicht wel af, of we uberhaubt nog wel ièts doen?
Nou we zijn drukker als ooit,..Dubbeldruk is misschien een beter woord. Het gewone werk gaat nog alsmaar gewoon door en we zijn òòk bezig met afbouwen, iets wat gemakkelijk klinkt maar toch ook wel de nodige aandacht vergt, zoiezo omdat we dit voor het eerst doen. Maar deze Dragontree Dracaena MIX order laat ik jullie nog maar gewoon weer een zien :D

Well, we are busier than ever... Double busy might be a better word. The regular work continues as usual, and we are also winding down, something that sounds easy but actually requires quite a bit of attention, especially since this is the first time we are doing this. But I’m just going to show you this Dragontree Dracaena MIX order again anyway :D

Zo nu en dan ( en wat vaker ) Zitten we al in de tijd dat dingen voor de àllerlaatste keer zullen zijn,.. (helemaal zeker kunnen we dat van het krijt sp***en niet zeggen want dat ligt aan het weer,.. valt er veel hevige regen dat het er tenslotte toch grotendeels afgespoeld is of is het extreem zonnig,..van alles,..) Toch ga ik er een beetje vanuit dat dit de àllerlaatste keer is dat er krijt gespoten wordt vandaag :D en dat klinkt ons goed in de oren :D

Every now and then (and a bit more often) we are already at the stage where things will be done for the very last time... (we can't say that about the chalk spraying entirely for sure, because that depends on the weather... will there be a lot of heavy rain so that it washes off for the most part anyway, or will it be extremely sunny... anything...) Still, I'm kind of assuming that this is the very last time chalk will be sprayed today :D and that sounds good to us :D

Voor degene die het willen èn wellicht moeten weten,..Dracaenakwekerij De Plaats B.V.
Plan voor beëindiging stek en potplanten productie 2026.
Stek snijden voor eigen potplanten 12 cm tot en met week 27 2026.
Vanaf week 28 tot en met week 39 2026 wordt alleen nog maar stek voor stekklanten gesneden.
Week 33 wordt de substraatunit uitgezet en geen water meer gegeven aan de moederplanten.
Potplanten worden tot en met week 39 2026 verkocht via bestellingen of klok.
We hebben na week 39 geen medewerkers beschikbaar om bestellingen of klok klaar te maken!
Na week 39 2026 zijn alle activiteiten gestopt.
Sloop van het teeltsysteem begint vanaf 1 oktober 2026/week 40 2026.

For those who want to know ànd perhaps need to know...Dracaena Nursery De Plaats B.V.
Plan for the termination of cutting and potted plant production in 2026.
Cutting cuttings for our own potted plants (12 cm) up to and including week 27, 2026.
From week 28 up to and including week 39, 2026, cuttings will only be taken for cutting customers.
In week 33, the substrate unit will be switched off and water will no longer be given to the mother plants.
Potted plants will be sold via orders or auction up to and including week 39, 2026.
After week 39, we will have no staff available to prepare orders or the auction!
After week 39, 2026, all activities will have ceased.
Dismantling of the cultivation system begins from October 1, 2026 / week 40, 2026.
