Just sharing a tip 😉: Love your cookies extra crunchy?
Add a little white sugar to the bottom of the jar before filling it with cookies. Close it well and enjoy that perfect crunch for longer💡!

I'm still smiling after an amazing day at the Funky Vegan Festival! 💚

I honestly didn't know what to expect from our new vegan creations 😋👩🏾‍🍳, but the response was incredible. Our Pastel de Nata sold out in just 2 hours, the jackfruit Coxinha was a huge success, and our vegan Vetkoek burger was loved by so many visitors.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tasted our food, shared kind words, and asked where we'll be next. Your support means so much to us! 🙏

After many experiments in the kitchen… I think I finally found my vegan pastel de nata recipe 🤎✨
I wanted to create a vegan pastel de nata that still had that classic look — golden, creamy, and irresistible 😍
After testing many different versions, I finally came up with one that feels really special.
The base is made with medium firm tofu and coconut milk 🥥
The flavor is different from the traditional one, but honestly… so delicious. Creamy, light, and full of flavor.
And the best part?
I’ll be bringing them this Sunday to the Funk Vegan Festival 🌱🎉
If you love discovering new vegan treats, you definitely need to try these 👀✨

Then the first order 😋.

It wasn’t just a Koningsdag feest.
