For this project designed by Designa and featured in Van Woonvilla Naar Droomvilla, a combination of CONE recessed downlights and SPOT40 semi-recessed spotlights was used to create a consistent lighting concept throughout the interior.
The CONE downlights feature a deeply recessed light source, reducing glare while delivering comfortable and functional illumination. Complementing them are the SPOT40 semi-recessed spotlights, characterised by their elegant cylindrical form with a diameter of just 40 mm, providing focused accent lighting where needed.
Both collections are finished in the same brushed bronze colour, creating a harmonious connection between different spaces and lighting applications. This consistent use of materials and finishes contributes to the calm, refined atmosphere that defines the entire project.

For this project designed by Designa and featured in Van Woonvilla Naar Droomvilla, the SPOT40 pendant luminaires were selected to bring subtle elegance and focused illumination to the interior.
Characterised by their slender cylindrical form with a diameter of just 40 mm, the luminaires make a refined design statement while maintaining a minimalist appearance. The brushed bronze finish adds warmth and depth, perfectly complementing the rich material palette used throughout the project.
The finely brushed surface catches the light in a subtle way, enhancing the luxurious character of the bronze finish. Together, the three pendants create a balanced composition that provides both visual interest and functional illumination.

For this project featured in Van Woonvilla Naar Droomvilla by Designa, the CLIXX SLIM magnetic track system was chosen to illuminate the kitchen island.
The combination of brushed bronze spot modules and pendant luminaires creates a balanced lighting composition in which functional task lighting and atmospheric accent lighting come together within a single system. Thanks to the magnetic connection, light modules can easily be positioned exactly where they are needed, offering maximum flexibility both now and in the future.
Finished in brushed bronze, the luminaires complement the warm material palette and contribute to a cohesive and refined interior design.

Within this penthouse overlooking the Rotterdam skyline, designed by , clean architectural lines are balanced with warm materials and refined details.
The LINE Up-Down pendant luminaires in brushed bronze play a central role above both the kitchen island and dining table. By applying two luminaires in line with one another, the length of the space is emphasised and a strong visual connection is created between the different functions within the open-plan interior.
The direct downward light provides functional illumination for cooking and dining, while the indirect uplight softly illuminates the double-height space, contributing to the calm and elegant atmosphere throughout the penthouse.

The Art of Living - HIGHLIGHTS
The SPOT40 collection is characterised by its elegant cylindrical design with a minimal diameter of only 40 mm. Throughout ‘The Loft by Hoeshmand’, the fixtures were applied in brushed bronze, adding a refined and luxurious accent that complements the warm material palette of the interior.
The compact form allows the luminaires to blend subtly into the architecture, while still creating powerful accent lighting that highlights textures, objects, and materials throughout the space. From wall applications to ceiling-mounted spots, the consistent cylindrical design language creates visual harmony across different areas of the interior.
With its balance between minimal dimensions, flexibility, and sophisticated finishes, the SPOT40 collection demonstrates how understated lighting can make a strong architectural statement.

The Art of Living - HIGHLIGHTS
Within ‘The Loft by Hoeshmand’, the CLIXX magnetic track system was applied to create a refined balance between flexibility and atmosphere. Finished in brushed bronze, the minimalist spot modules blend seamlessly into the darker ceiling design. The magnetic track system makes it possible to highlight different areas of the space from a single lighting point, creating both functional and accent lighting throughout the interior.
Above the seating area, the HALO Square pendant luminaires in brushed bronze introduce a sculptural element to the space. Their soft rounded-square shape and continuous illuminated lines create a floating architectural presence that enhances the calm and luxurious atmosphere of the interior.
Together, the CLIXX track system and HALO Square pendants demonstrate how lighting can function not only as illumination, but also as an integral part of the architectural language of a space.

The Art of Living - HIGHLIGHTS
Experience the timeless elegance of alabaster within ‘The Loft by Hoeshmand’ at The Art of Living event in Rosmalen.
Several illuminated alabaster pieces by Lightinova were carefully integrated to enhance both atmosphere and functionality throughout the interior.
Next to the bed, the Alabaster TUBE400 Spot combines ambient and functional lighting in a refined, sculptural form. The natural alabaster softly diffuses the light, creating a warm and calming atmosphere while maintaining a luxurious appearance.
Above the dining table, the Alabaster HALO pendant lamp forms a luminous centrepiece within the space. The continuous ring of illuminated alabaster highlights the unique natural veining of the stone, turning the fixture into both a light source and an architectural statement.
The Alabaster TUBE400 wall luminaires further strengthen the cohesive lighting concept throughout the interior. Their minimal cylindrical form and softly illuminated alabaster create a subtle interplay between material, texture, and light.
Each alabaster piece is unique by nature, allowing every luminaire to bring its own character and depth to the overall design concept.
