Baking in the heat 🔥.

SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA, recipe inspired by Laura Lazzaroni ‘s book.

I needed a new recipe, I didn’t have a lot of time. This baby has been chilling in the fridge for about 48h. Baked with a lot of steam.

I’m impressed by the milky consistency and the deep and slightly sour taste.

First time ever baking with ‘Miscuglio di Aleppo’. I used only 30% of it, I need to get to know this new beautiful flour.

So far, very satisfied!
