Sommige projecten blijven voorlopig achter gesloten deuren.

A moodboard is where every project begins. It brings together materials, colours, textures and atmosphere before the first detail is designed.

For this living space, warm natural tones, rich stone, soft lighting and organic textures create a calm, timeless interior that feels elegant without trying too hard.

Every element has a purpose. Every choice supports the overall feeling of home.

Most buyers make the same mistake.

They think the asking price is the value of the property.

In Amsterdam, that is often not the case.

The asking price is usually a marketing strategy. The final selling price depends on demand, location, condition, comparable sales and the competition at that moment.

That is why relying on Funda alone can be misleading. Funda shows asking prices, not what buyers actually paid.

A successful offer is not always the highest offer either. Sellers also look at financial certainty, conditions, completion date and the confidence that the transaction will go through.

Understanding how the market works before you start viewing homes can save you time, money and disappointment.

Swipe through the carousel to learn why asking price and market value are rarely the same.

Working in Amsterdam real estate since 2000, we help buyers make informed decisions based on market knowledge, legal checks and a proven negotiation strategy.

Thinking about buying a home in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer or Hoofddorp? We’d be happy to help you get started.

A moodboard is where an interior starts to take shape.

This concept brings together warm walnut, natural stone, soft fabrics, sculptural lighting and rich bronze tones. Every material adds texture and depth, while the neutral colour palette keeps the interior calm and balanced.

A moodboard helps us decide how the colours, materials, furniture and lighting will work together before the design is developed further.

The goal is not only to create a beautiful interior. It is to create a space that feels warm, comfortable and personal.

Would this warm, contemporary style suit your home?
