🎃Jack O’lantern Pepper Stuffed with Protein🎃

Ingredients:

4 big orange bell peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
500g minced chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dry basil
1 bag of Smart Rice
300g tomato sauce
70g tomato paste
1 tbsp sweetener
70g sweet corn
A little chopped parsley

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°.

Cut the tops off the orange bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes to create jack o’lantern faces.

In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the minced chicken, salt, pepper, oregano, and dry basil. Cook until the chicken is almost done.

Stir in the Body&Fit Smart Rice, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sweetener, sweet corn, and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Carefully stuff the jack o’lantern peppers with the chicken and rice mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.

2 No Fairytales tortilla wraps
1 tbsp homemade pizza sauce
50g chicken breast ham (or any desired topping)
60g mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
Take one tortilla wrap and spread the homemade pizza sauce evenly over it.
Add the chicken breast ham or your preferred toppings on the sauce-covered wrap.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.
Now, use a sharp knife to carefully cut a jack-o-lantern face on the second tortilla wrap, creating a spooky Halloween effect.
Place the second tortilla wrap on top and press it gently.

Place the pizza on a baking tray or directly on the oven rack.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the edges of the tortilla become crispy.

1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites (68g)

50g fat-free yogurt
130g apple sauce

Instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.

10g ISO whey (matching flavor)

Instructions:

20g ISO Whey Banana (e.g., BiotechUSA)
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
150g Fat-Free Yogurt
1 Medium Egg
35ml Unsweetened Soy/Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

In a bowl, gather all your ingredients and let the mixing magic begin!
Stir until everything is beautifully mixed, and you have a smooth pancake batter.

Now, you have options: you can either pour this batter into a squeeze bottle for precision or simply use a spoon.

Heat up a non-stick pan over medium heat and get ready to work your pancake magic.
Pour little pancake circles onto the pan. These are mini pancakes, so don’t go too big!

Aluminium foil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).

Start by preparing the chicken breasts. Cut a small pocket into the thicker side of each chicken breast. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.

In a small bowl, mash together the Laughing Cow cheese, Feta cheese, and your 50g of black olives until you have a delightful mixture. 🧀🫒

Carefully stuff each chicken breast pocket with the cheesy olive mixture.
Wrap each chicken breast with the 6 slices of turkey bacon, securing the cheesy goodness inside.
