PROJECT*

Materials matter!

There is something extremely satisfying about seeing, touching and feeling the materials that we select for each and every project.

Even before I was educated as an interior designer, a stack of tone-on-tone fabrics or a beautiful marble item made me all happy inside!

So lucky that I got to make this my work…

———

PROSJEKT*

Materials matter!

ART*

In 2022 I saw this portrait painted around 1890 of Lucie Gérard by the Italian artist Giovanni Boldini.

She was a famous French stage and silent film actress. He was a celebrity of his time, the Belle Époque era in Paris, known for his dynamic style and loose brushwork.

Isn’t it amazing that we can enjoy and be inspired by art from more than a hundred years ago?!

PROJECT*

Designed to make an impression.

The dramatic natural stone takes centre stage, while warm bronze details, muted cabinetry and bold geometric forms create a striking contrast to the curved glass walls. A kitchen that feels timeless, tactile and effortlessly sophisticated.

———

PROSJEKT*

Designet for å imponere.

PROJECT*

Design is experienced one step at a time.

The soft gradient of this bespoke staircase runner creates a sense of movement while adding warmth and character to the home.

Combined with natural materials and carefully balanced tones, it reflects our approach to creating interiors that feel both timeless and personal.

RESEARCH*

Some pieces do more than complete a space—they define its character. When every detail is considered and every material tells its own story, furniture becomes more than functional. It becomes part of the architecture of a space.

———

FORSKNING*
