Hello Lovelies ❤️ I am Dani - the owner of Soft Sunflower Co. I started Soft Sunflower in 2019 when I was feeling like I needed purpose in my life. Originally, it was called Softxsunflower, however, now we have rebranded it to Soft Sunflower Co.! And expanded our range of products. I am the main artist and love to make mandalas & mental health related content. Mandalas are my specialty and for me, they make me calm when I draw them! I also make mental health reminders & content. That’s why I wanted to share them with the world in hopes of inspiring other people and to help remind others that they aren’t alone in their struggles. I suffer from a multiple mental illnesses but I don’t let them define me anymore. Remember - your illnesses are part of you but aren’t you entirely. You are so much more than any illness you have. Good Morning lovelies!
May is Mental Health Awareness month! Soft Sunflower Co, as many of you know advocates for mental health and aims to break the stigma! And in honor of this month we will be donating to the charity “Mind”. We will be donating 20% of all the profits from each sale made this month.

This Wednesday 27th of April Soft Sunflower Co. will have a stand at Korvelseweg in Tilburg! We are super excited as this will be our second market ever! So we know the basics of having a pop up stall so we feel a bit more prepared mentally 😅

GET TO KNOW ME 💘
Hi guys, I’m Nakisa and I’m the co-owner of Soft Sunflower Co.
I am 22 years old and I’m American, but I speak Farsi, English, French and Luxembourgish. I moved around a lot as a kid but my family settled down in Luxembourg for the last 6 years so now that’s where I really feel at home 🏠 Last year I decided to do my masters degree in Cognitive Neuropsychology so here I am in Tilburg 💘

In my free time I love listening to music, playing my guitar & singing and if I’m back at home in Luxembourg I love chilling with my cat Minou (the inspiration for a few of our products!)

One of the main reasons why I decided to create Soft Sunflower Co. with Danielle is because I had many mental health struggles throughout my childhood and adolescence. Growing up as a kid traveling all around the world it was often hard to feel at home or have a sense of identity. This came with a lot of mental health issues! With my personal experiences, and my knowledge from my degree I thought who better to create mental health positive content than somebody who has experienced it?

Currently at Soft Sunflower Co. I run our social media platforms, manage our SEO and do most of our advertising! I also make all of our resin pieces in my little studio here in Tilburg!
