Next time you head outdoors, why not make dinner part of the adventure? Bring a fishing rod, use the seaweed you find along the shore, and make a simple creamy fish soup with what you have on hand. Make sure you bring your box of Arctic Ocean Greens in your backpack, and you are set for dinner on the rocks 🌿👌🏻

A calm moment for Louie on the pier before the real work begins: heading out to pick wild Nori.

Harvesting might look peaceful, and sometimes it starts that way too, but once the baskets come back full, it is all hands on deck. From a quiet moment in the harbour to lifting basket after basket from the boat, this is what a good Nori harvest day looks like in Lofoten.
