Katrine's Thimble Costumier and crafter of handmade jewellery, needle work and art dolls. Can make historical ensembles and costumes, dipping my toes into fantasy.

I'm a costumier that undertook my education at Wimbledon College of Arts, UAL, in London, UK. I'm trained in interpreting a design and making it into a finished, physical product. This entails the whole process from research, sourcing materials, pattern making and creating the actual garment. My special interests are surface decorations and learning as many crafting skills as possible that I can include in my work, like tatting, needlebinding, tablet weaving etc. If you have an ensemble you are interested in having made that seems to fit in with what I'm doing, feel free to contact me for a friendly chat!
