This has been a morning game changer for us…batch cooked on the weekend and popped into the freezer!

Top tip - skip the faff with the egg whites (jump to step 5 I think) and just add the eggs full at the ‘add reserved egg yolks’ prompt. Also, depending on protein powder use a little more milk so not too cluggy.

I use vanilla pea protein, all the family absolutely love them, there’s no sugar in them either when you skip first few steps!! So good! 😊
