පරිප්පු කෝප්ප 1/2 වැඩ්ක්
Ingredients
1/2 cup dhall (lentils)
1/2 cup water for soaking
2 green chilies
3 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Method
Wash and soak the dhall for 20 minutes.
Drain excess water.
Add dhall, green chilies, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper into a blender.
Blend into a thick smooth batter. Add 1–2 tbsp water only if needed.
Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased with oil.
Pour batter like a pancake and spread gently.
Cook 2–3 minutes each side until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chili sauce or coconut chutney.
