After waiting for a long time, the 108 Tastes North Shore Store is finally coming!
Are the friends from North Shore ready? Crispy roast duck, comforting fish head with pancake… these beloved flavours are almost within reach.

Behind the scenes, we’re proud that our NCA team played a part in bringing this vision to life.
We supported the entire project with Building Consent (BC) applications and helped supply some commercial kitchen equipment –
including the star of the kitchen:
🔥 A certified, professional duck roasting oven that complies with New Zealand regulations.
The duck roasting oven not only affects the taste,
but also relates to compliance requirements such as smoke exhaust, fire prevention, and food safety.
We also assisted with sourcing other essential kitchen equipment,
ensuring the whole setup runs smoothly, safely, and up to code – so every dish served is not only delicious, but prepared with care and confidence.

Although the tea shop has a small space, the compliance details are rigorous -
The oil tank capacity must match the food category, drainage slope standards, slip resistance level of the kitchen area, and waterproof requirements of the wall materials...
Any problem in any step will prevent the business from opening.
So what we did was to let the store owner：
"Concentrate on making tea,and leave the complex approval process to NCA."

We have shared many project cases on social media platforms before.

This Eden Noodles Newmarket is also one of the projects we handled from start to finish:
