Tip of the day .if you want your house to smell fresh and downright Christmassy take 4 large oranges cut slits through rind from near top to bottom evenly all round ,put on oven tray at 200 and leave in for around 4 hours or overnight the smell is divine and at end you can put in a bowl sprinkle with cinnamon cloves or a little nutmeg dried of course and put on bench .once dried oranges last years .

Waiau Pa Central Market. Today was one of our favorite days we got to go socialize with all the amazing stall holders at one of the most creative markets around .Even if they do refer to us as Nana and Granddad No our family hasn't grown by bloodlines but it has in friends and people you really enjoy spending time with .We got to try Tangeloes for first time ever.Came home with shortbread from Daisy's delights.got to see the stunned look from Darryl and Andy Donaldson organisers when the fire brigade turned up looking ready for action , ,the best ever Rocky Road from Barbz cards along with scrapbooks supplies and cutest magnets.tried out the Waiau pa scouts fundraising for jamboree baps delicious .Was gifted beautiful tulips from the farm shop.Spent time with our amazing friend Lee from Lee's embroidery.Brad and Tracey from let's get gonked. Got rescued by the lovely Mandy from Made by Mandy when one of us no prizes for guessing who decided to buck the norm and fall up the stairs instead of down and enjoy all the other stall holders Big big thanks to our son Jono Tuckerman who drove miles from farm to help us set up saturday and pull it all down Sunday .Two very tired but happy senior creatives had a great day and had to come home for 3 hours nap ,

Just called into the Glen Eden whanau day at the community house Pisces road .What an amazing venue .bouncy castles sausage sizzle .craft stalls and general goods ones great play ground caught up with old and new friends .

Giggle of the day .38 years of making plaster of Paris moulds an adding fragrant oils to make air freshners and now they are being called aroma stones and very trendy ,so trendy in fact some people are offering to sell you a how to do it course ,quite a few on Facebook and not cheap .Personally always found 2 parts plaster of Paris to one part water and stirred well .poured into silicone moulds have used both rigid and silicone .leave to dry and don't add fragrant oils for 24 hours after hard still works incredibly well
