I tried my hand at using a kick wheel! What an experience. Oh how it teaches you to listen to the clay. I can truely say I’ve never made anything like this in my life 😂 I love my ugly little mug and the lessons it taught me. The moment centring just clicked into place. Next to glaze it. Stay tuned for results!

The dinner set is halfway done! 5x Plate Bowls with 1 extra just in case. Now for the dinner plates! Thrilled with how these turned out. My own wheel and kiln are pretty high on my needs list but we are getting there. Time to set some goals and make some milestones so I can recognise my progress instead of feeling like I’m not moving forward.
