This black house in Piha overlooking Lion Rock is surrounded by bush and designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.

A Warmington Studio woodburner inside and in the outdoor entertainment area, a Warmington Nouveau BBQ perfects the space, with a hot plate and grill it provides endless entertainment and a stainless steel weather shield for protection against the elements.

Hawkes Nest is a modern mountain home near Queenstown by Mason&Wales Architects. Featuring a Warmington General SI indoor wood fire and a Nouveau BBQ outdoor wood fire, both with modern grates.

A true sanctuary from the extremes. We are delighted to see the Warmington Studio Stove Woodburner in this amazing project that was named the Interior Awards - Residential Winner for 2023. Ophir House is located in Maniototo, Otago and was designed by Nott Architecture.

The jury’s comments were: “The warmth and simple materiality of this rammed-earth house beautifully illustrates the way in which stripping back to the basics and avoiding overwork can provide the atmosphere required of a home, while allowing you to feel fully immersed in the land.”

A Warmington Naked Studio Woodburner is a treat in this off-the-grid home in Clevedon. The owner uses this space as his study and adores the fire. He says he stokes it in the morning, and it will create incredible heat all day. Their double-glazed windows keep the space insulated and cosy.

A freestanding General SI wood fire with wood panelling on a feature wall creates the perfect focal point in this off-the-grid home in Clevedon, Auckland. Firewood is sourced from the property, making the heating sustainable and cost-effective. And the benefit of double-glazed windows is evident - with an insulated house, the heat is contained inside and enjoyed for hours.

The owners wanted to incorporate NZ-made products in their rustic home and say they love their Warmington fire, it heats the whole house, and visitors are always impressed!

Two Warmington SI Indoor Wood Fireplaces were installed back-to-back in this project located in Westport.

The homeowner supplied the blackened steel and reclaimed timber material for the finishing of the fireplaces.
