Not one square window in the place.
Timber Venetians right through a rural new build, including the big raking gable that follows the pitch of the cedar ceiling. There’s no shelf size for a window that shape. There’s a measurement, and then there’s a blind cut to it.
Venetians are what we point people to when they want light control rather than just light out. Tilt the slats and you take the glare off the paddock and the privacy back from the drive, without giving up the view. Pull them up and they stack tight to the head, out of the glass line.
The timber tone was chosen to sit with the cedar lining rather than fight it.
We measure it, we make it in our Otahuhu factory, and we fit it ourselves. One team from the first quote to the last bracket.
Venetians or rollers in a room with a view like this? Always curious which way people lean.
