I thought I should do a quick post introducing myself 😄
I’m Nicolette, I’ve owned Dooney & Daughters for almost 7 years, a boutique paint shop in Auckland that specialises in furniture painting and craft.
I’ve loved interiors for as long as I can remember - I even bought fine china back with me from my OE in the UK 😅 - and working with paint made me realise just how much I love colour and how paint is the easiest way to change our homes!
I love to travel and to hike, and in 2023 I went on my dream trip combining both in Nepal. This year I’m heading to India!
In 2023 I finally bit the bullet and completed the Nanette Cameron Interior Design Course, which gave me the confidence to share my knowledge and love of colour.
I’m looking forward to the year ahead and sharing more 😄
