A 1980s coastal bach, reimagined.
Where laid-back beach living meets a refined Japan’s aesthetic; designed for connection, entertaining, and everyday ease.
Opening up the entry, designers Andrea Burney and Claire Bruford transformed the kitchen into a generous social hub, anchored by an island made for gathering. Warm timber, fluted glass, and textural stone & tiles create depth, while clever storage keeps things beautifully functional.
That same natural palette flows throughout the home - from the bathroom and powder room to the laundry - muted greens layered with soft sandy tones, organic textures, and cedar detailing to create a calm, cohesive feel.
“It still feels just as cosy as it always did - only now, the aesthetics and functionality are even better.”
We can’t wait to show more within this beautiful space. More stories, details and reveals are coming soon!
