Could your home use a fresh perspective?

We were initially engaged to look at the kitchen, dining, powder room and living areas of this beautiful coastal home. But once we explored the existing layout, we saw an opportunity to rethink the spaces entirely. Creating better flow, maximizing the beach views and giving this property the open-plan living it deserved from day one.

The new kitchen is to blend in seamlessly with the existing architecture while bringing a more modern aesthetic and a fresh breath of life to the home.

The original bathroom had everything it needed to function.

The redesign focused on what was missing:

Designed for our empty-nester clients, this powder room reflects the lifestyle they love most — days spent by the ocean, the soothing sound of the waves, and a deep appreciation for beautifully considered, architecturally designed spaces.

The deep merlot walls create a bold and unexpected statement, balanced by honed natural stone, softly textured walls, warm lighting, organic brass, and timeless detailing.

A design that offers every guest an experience of understated luxury, where rich colour and natural materials come together to create a memorable moment of design.
