Huge recognition for TP Builders whose heritage villa renovation "Tender Loving Care" has been named Supreme Renovation of the Year at the 2026 Auckland/Northland/Coromandel House of the Year Awards.

This heritage villa renovation is a masterclass in balancing old and new — preserving the character of the original villa while creating warm, liveable spaces for modern life.

We supplied TP Builders with our Onyx Avanti Electric Fireplace for this project, and it's fantastic to see it featured in such an award-winning result.
