Introducing the Vent Pendant
A new lighting collection by - now part of the Resident family.

First unveiled at 3 Days of Design, the Vent Pendant marks Schofield’s debut with Resident, expanding our collection of thoughtfully designed lighting.

Crafted in aluminium or bronze, Vent brings together two elemental forms - a cone and a triangle - to create a sculptural silhouette. The result is a directional and ambient light in perfect balance, with a bold material presence.

Resident has landed in Copenhagen.

As we prepare for Three Days of Design, we’re proud to introduce a new chapter in our story, one that celebrates both new talent and the enduring strength of our existing voices.

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome an incredible group of new designers to the Resident family: Asca Studio, Daniel Schofield, Michael Young, and Note (design studio). Their work captures the thoughtful innovation, refined materiality, and distinct aesthetic language that defines Resident, and we can’t wait to share a preview of what we’ve been working on at our upcoming show.

Alongside them, we continue to be shaped by the ongoing contributions of our established collaborators, including Cheshire Architects, Estudio Persona, Tim Rundle, Léonard Kadid, Jamie McLellan, John Tree, Philippe Malouin, and Simon James.
