Tonight is the Blue Moon. It's a fabulous time to honor the Goddess; the personification of the "complete female". The energy of the Blue Moon also lends itself nicely for setting lofty goals and sacred intentions.
Take time, dear sistars, to balance your perception of yourself in Her light, tonight. Remember that you are whole, complete and utterly perfect, just as you are now. When we love our self and accept the gifts we possess as divine, we step into a powerful place of unity - within and without. The light of the Goddess shines from within you. Look within for the answers you seek and trust this inner light to guide you.

I am attending a Blue Moon ritual, tonight. Which is rather unusual, as I usually honor these rites alone. I chose to do so, in honor of my wholeness - uniting my divine feminine & masculine energies in love. I'll be taking time to meditate before I go, so that I can focus my thoughts and desires for the coming months.
When I return home, I will be placing some simple yet special items (a crystal, black & white candles, goblet of water, and my favorite moonstone ring) on my garden altar to gather the energies of the blue moon. I will be using the crystal and candles in a healing/cleansing/rejuvenating bath ceremony tomorrow. I will drink the blue moon charged water to physically take in the beauty and grace of the Goddess. And, the ring that my grand mother gave to my mother, and she to me, will be even more potent as a connection to my mother roots, than it was before. Sometimes, the simplest of deeds hold profound meaning and can make tangible the unseen/unspoken intentions we desire to make a reality.
May the Goddess of the Blue Moon shine upon you. May you feel Her tender kiss and may it fill you with love. May you remember that you are adored as daughter of the earth and sea and sky.
