Hello, all refunds and orders will be made around 1pm tomorrow as have had problems with shopify, but I have sorted most of the issues and am bringing in a shopify specialist to get all sorted. Thank you for your patience. And someone will be on email support and updated phone number for any problems, issues or sales going forward. I do apologise for the wait again. Until I had an update, I didn’t want to say. I will have the money and resources to give product and Refunds next week from Wednesday. I am so sorry this has taken so long, but it has been out of my hands. Now it’s my responsibility. Thanks to those with kind words, as no one knows what people are going though or have been through. This is not a scam, I have people off sick and they were working from home all orders that want refunds will get them as they want and all products will be shipped within the next week. I’m sorry for the delay, we have been having problems but this is no excuse, we are in NZ and will fully sort everything. Apologies for the delays. James Snowden
