New Model 820R is the latest machine From High Tech Grinding. The Intelligent Control system allows you to program the grinding path of the machine, by running the path once, then you can change the diamonds, place at starting positing and SEND IT. You can change the travel and head speed to suit the diamonds, and it will grind the floor without you having to control it.

- 4 head, precision gear driven planetary (grinds flat and easy to control) 4 head grinders also cut better edge to edge than a 3 head.
- 18.5Kw motor (loads of power) "Big Block"
- 620 Kg inc 2 x 35Kg swing weights to adjust head pressure.
- Remote control (can also be put into manual mode and pushed)
- S Mode grinding - adjustable "Sway" or "Swing" grinding - where the machine swings left and right to flatten the floor and avoid cutting grooves.
- Memory grinding mode - teach the grinder the path to follow in record mode, you can change the diamonds then put into start position and "send it". It will run the path again, you can adjust the travel and head speed and just slight path corrections (it may pull a little here and there as it finds grinding resistance in different spots on the floor). This frees the operator to do a lot of other tasks like dealing with power leads, vacuum and dust bags, all while the grinder works away.
