I loved working with these clients on their family home. It was a complete rebuild. I started with them after their drawings came in. I redesigned the kitchen layout, removing a 4th toilet that was unnecessary opening up the wall to give them a scullery. My clients wanted a no fuss look with a very simple easy to clean kitchen and bathroom.. including no handles in the kitchen, under mount sinks and large format tiles on the floor. We had firewalls on 3 sides to deal with which limited plumbing,window and electrical freedom but we worked through it and I do love a challenge! Budget restricted us on a few things in the end like kitchen Benchtop's and no mirrors in the bathroom (yet) but I do still love the way it came together.
