This beautiful property in Clifton Rd has just gone to market with Louie Caunter Real Estate. As the vendor had so many exquisite pieces in his home only a partial stage was given to complement key focal points and weave in tonings to reflect the elegance of the architecture and space. Quite often couldn’t help but stop and absorb the beautiful , mesmerising sea views.

Final photos and now on the market. Always so satisfying to see stagings at angles only the professional can capture. Such a lovely property to present ready for sale. Maritime Tce is one of my favourite Streets on the North Shore and although I love so many different styles of houses - always have a soft spot for character filled villas.

A big well done to the amazinv Andrea Brown on the team for her staging talent, style and finesse for nailing the brief in bringing all this together too! This was a partial stage working around the lives of the current owners still living there. Current couch setting pieces had a change out of cushions to provide an overall cohesive look. Some extra key pieces such as cream couches (which are a staging staple) and a new dining setting to enhance the formal lounge and dining area to reflect the majestic character of this grand old lady. Beds were dressed over the top of current bedding that are simply rolled off for viewing days. Some simple tweaks , enough storage and partial stagings can provide an easy option for seamless ways to present your property.
